“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Mark 10: 14-15

Sunday school is important in the spiritual development of a Christian’s growth because it provides an opportunity for learning. Sunday school encourages spiritual interaction between the students and the teachers, as well as providing a comprehensive way of learning as a group. It is a comprehensive way of learning from one another and to receive encouragement to live by God’s Word. ZGA Sunday School curriculum is a progressive study plan that meets specific topics or themes to understand the Bible and also goes into practical applications relative to the Christian faith.

The Sunday school is grouped to smaller classes by age or grade level. We have classes from kindergarten to senior citizens. The goals of our Sunday school are:

  • To help the students respect, appreciate and utilize the Bible.
  • To teach the students how to navigate through the Bible.
  • To provide an opportunity for the students to ask questions.
  • To develop a community of believers.
  • To plant spiritual seeds.
